Sendmail 8.11.0

Sendmail, Inc. and the Sendmail Consortium are proud to announce the release of sendmail 8.11.0. Due to the easing of crypto export regulations in the United States, we have been able to include the STARTTLS and SMTP Authentication Security Layer code in the open source version.

Beyond the new encryption features and associated options, there are a number of bug fixes in this release including:

Overly restrictive gid security checking in 8.10.2 was relaxed.
DaemonPortOptions Family= defaults to inet if not specified. IPv6 users will have to add an additional DaemonPortOptions settings with Family=inet6.
LDAP map fixes
mail.local Content-Length header fix
