I noticed that you have some vendor specific information
on your web site at www.sendmail.org. I recently discovered
that the default sendmail 8.9.3 distributed with
Digital Unix 5.0a does NOT have any anti-spam flags set
in its sendmail.cf (I spoke to the vendor today as well
and it is unclear whether or not they plan to fix this in
future releases). A vendor-specific note on your web site
telling people that the sendmail 8.9.3 distributed with digital
unix 5.0a does actually relay spam might be useful.
It's also worthy of note that downloading 8.9.3 and building
a new sendmail.cf and dropping it into place (changing a
flag here or there) works just fine and configures the
anti-spam functionality. The digital unix binary is capable
the vendor simply chose not to activate that functionality
in its sendmail.cf
